choose your practice plan
yoga principles
workshop-style class covering the basics of a safe & strong asana practice, with a focus on the anatomy of our physical bodies. ideal for both beginners & experienced yogis. we’ll touch on things like movement of the spine, how to place your hands on the mat (it’s not what you think!), breaking down a vinyasa with alignment, & anywhere you’re looking to go deeper in your practice.
vinyasa flow
breath-to-movement flow class, suitable for all levels. i offer variations, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to nourish / challenge your body & mind, depending on your unique needs in the present. available as a 60 min, 75 min, or 90 min practice, based on your preference.
yin
this is a slower paced, restorative practice with minimal movement. we’ll practice intentional breathing (pranayama), & rest deeply in each posture, creating space for the body to unwind & replenish itself through stillness. we’ll use props to support the body to relax & soften into longer holds.
